Use Cloud Mail Administration to manage your company’s mailboxes

Enterprise customers may designate a Company Administrator or admin group (such as an internal helpdesk) to manage users, mailboxes, and passwords.
Designate a Company Administrator
If your account has multiple mailboxes, you may contact COHO Support to designate a Company Administrator. A COHO Support Advisor will schedule a training session and provide a username and password for the Cloud Mail Administration Web App.
Use Cloud Mail Administration Web App
During training, we will provide your Company Administrator with instructions to access the Administration Web App. For additional assistance, please contact COHO Support.
