Some file types are not allowed

Many types of files are not allowed as attachments to Cloud Mail and Office 365 messages, SharePoint uploads, and Cloud Website uploads.

COHO Cloud empowers you to send, share, collaborate, and publish most common types of files, such as pictures, documents, PDF files, and web content. However, some unusual types of files are not allowed as Cloud Mail or Office 365 (Outlook) attachments, Cloud Websites uploads, or SharePoint files. These types of files are potentially unsafe because they may be designed to harm computers or compromise your privacy.

Cloud Mail Web App, Outlook Online, SharePoint, and Cloud Websites will notify you if a file you attempt to upload or attach is not allowed. If you send (using an app or device) or receive an email message with one of these types of files, it might not be delivered, or the attachment may be removed automatically.

NOTE: Although OneDrive for Business uses SharePoint technology to store your files, it generally does not restrict files by their filename extensions. There are a few file types that OneDrive may reject, and the OneDrive client app will notify you if this happens. Additionally, security software installed on your computer or device may restrict certain files not listed here.
