Set your timezone in the Cloud Mail Web App so message timestamps will appear correctly.

  1. Sign into Cloud Mail Web App.
  2. From the ≡ menu in the top-right corner and choose Settings.
  3. Click the Language & Date/Time tab.
  4. Select your timezone from the Current time zone list, as follows:
    • Hawaii: Pacific/Honolulu or US/Hawaii
    • Alaska: America/Anchorage or US/Alaska
    • Pacific: America/Los_Angeles or US/Pacific
    • Mountain: America/Denver or US/Mountain
    • Central: America/Chicago or US/Central
    • Eastern: America/New_York or US/Eastern
  5. Click Save then press {Ctrl} + {R} ({Cmd} + {R} on macOS) to reload the Web App and apply the new setting.
