Create an identity and signature in Cloud Mail Web App

Create an identity so your name appears in the "From" field when you send emails. Insert a signature at the end of each message you send.
Create an identity
- Sign into Cloud Mail Web App.
- From the ≡ menu in the top-right corner and choose Settings.
- Click the Composing Mail panel and then the Identities tab.
- Select your email address from the Current Identities list, then click Edit.
- Enter your name in Full Name, as you want it to appear in the "From" field when you send emails.
- Click OK. Save then press

on macOS) to reload the Web App and apply the new setting.
Create a signature
- Sign into Cloud Mail Web App.
- From the ≡ menu in the top-right corner and choose Settings.
- Click the Composing Mail panel and then the Signatures tab.
- Click Add New Signature.
- Enter anything for Signature Name (perhaps your first name). If you want to format the text in your signature, click Enable Formatting.
- Create the signature content you want in the Edit Signature box.
- Click OK. Select all three checkboxes on the Signatures tab:
- Always show signature when composing an email
- When replying to an email, insert my signature
- When forwarding an email, insert my signature
- Click Save.
- Once again, from the ≡ menu in the top-right corner and choose Settings.
- Click the Composing Mail panel and then the Identities tab.
- Select your email address from the Current Identities list, then click Edit.
- From the Default Signature list, select the name of the signature you just created.
- Click OK. Save then press
