If you’re having trouble signing in with your Cloud Mail password, use these steps to reset it and regain access to your account.
Reset your password yourself
If you have verified your mobile phone with your Cloud Mail account, you can use that phone to verify your identity and reset your password. Use Password Self Reset to begin the process. If you are directed to contact your administrator for assistance, your account does not have a phone number verified, so you will need to use one of the following options.
Request assistance from your Enterprise Administrator
If your Cloud Mail account is provided to you by your employer, your organization may have designated an Enterprise Administrator. If so, you should contact that person or your company’s help desk for assistance.
