Use these mail server settings if you need to manually setup an email app or device to use your Cloud Mail account.

Before you add your account

When do you need these mail server settings?

You can use the settings in this article to add your Cloud Mail account on a device or app for which COHO Support has not provided instructions. Examples include smartphones and tablets with operating systems other than iOS and Android, and special equipment that connects to mail servers such as network scanners and printers. If you are simply trying to read and send email using an ordinary computer or mobile device, you should use the steps in one of these related articles instead:

Mail server settings

You might need to refer to your app’s or device’s documentation for information about how to use these settings. Cloud Mail accounts only support IMAP with SSL/TLS for receiving mail, and SMTP with SSL/TLS and authentication for sending mail. If the device or app you want to setup requires POP3, contact COHO Support for assistance.

IMAP settings for incoming mail

  • Server: secure.emailsrvr.com
  • SSL/TLS Required
  • Port: 993
  • IMAP Path Prefix: INBOX (using uppercase letters)
  • Username: Your full email address
  • Password: Your Cloud Mail password

SMTP settings for outgoing mail

  • Server: secure.emailsrvr.com
  • SSL/TLS Required
  • Port: 465 (if you have trouble connecting, try 587 instead)
  • Authentication/Login Required
  • Username: Your full email address
  • Password: Your Cloud Mail password

Setup mail folders

If your app or device allows you to specify IMAP folders, use the following list to select the correct folders.

  • Archive: Archive
  • Deleted Mail: Trash
  • Drafts: Drafts
  • Junk Mail: spam
  • Sent: Sent
